UEMD HUB is a community-based nonprofit resource hub serving Southwest Baltimore. We identify needs and create solutions by connecting neighbors to wraparound support under one roof—from fresh food access and weekly meal support to benefits navigation, health insurance, housing support, therapy connections, mentorship, workforce readiness, and support for returning citizens. Through partnership and a welcoming intake process, we guide individuals and families to the resources they need to stabilize, heal, and move forward with dignity.
