Investors' Dinner
Investors Dinner 2/22 5-7pm to reveal our new system at The Food Project. RSVP ONLY.
Fine Dining 3 course meal prepared and hosted by the youth lead by Chef @CatinaSmith.
This Community Based Learning system we will reveal was developed by an Air Force Colonel that took the worse squadron and made them the best. The youth will have their skills and tasks for classes, volunteering and jobs out of the kitchen recorded. A resume will be built on the backend along with connecting them to mentors & behavioral therapy.
For serious investors wanting to be a part of creating real solutions to empower Baltimore. With your help we can create a duplicatable model for other parts of the city.

She has a degree in culinary arts from Baltimore International College and later joined the Air Force reserves where she managed a dining facility feeding over 1k troops daily. Currently pursuing her masters in acquisition and procurement management.
Chef Cat has worked at prestigious restaurants such as The Forbes four star, Relais and Chateaux, The Ivy hotel in downtown Baltimore .
She also curated a calendar called “Just Call Me Chef” highlighting black women chefs.
