HOW TO GET HELP
If you or your family need support, the UEMD Resource Hub is here to help. Our team works to connect community members with the resources and services they need.
1. Complete Our Intake Form
The first step is completing a short Resource Hub Intake Form.
This helps us understand your needs and connect you with the right services.
Once your form is submitted, our Resource Navigator will review the information and follow up with you.
2. Connect With Our Navigator
Our Navigator helps coordinate services and connect you with available resources, including food assistance, housing support, documents, benefits, healthcare, and partner services.
3. Access Weekly Food & Community Resources
You are always welcome to visit our weekly community distributions and events.
